A Conference and Events Sales agent supports the sales administration needs for hotel events and works closely with customers to determine their needs and build repeat and expanded business. Responsibilities include maximizing revenue through reactive selling, converting customer inquiries into confirmed sales, providing high standards of customer service, and building strong customer relationships.
What are we looking for?
Candidates should have good organizational skills, a positive attitude, excellent communication, IT skills, and fluent Business English. Experience in the Conference and Events function is advantageous.
