A fashion-forward, results-driven retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. Whether you’re a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Sales Supervisor, you bring energy, commercial insight, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:
- Execute business plans and drive results through collaboration
- Lead, coach, and retain high-performing teams
- Ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on performance
- Deliver standout service experiences and build strong client relationships
- Maximise omni-channel opportunities using tools and tech
You’ll Need to Have:
- Experience as an ASM/SM in a high-volume retail setting
- Strong track record of hitting sales/KPI targets
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Passion for fashion and understanding of the premium/luxury landscape
- Fluency in English
- Local Language (additional local language is a plus)
