Join Eminox as a Key Account Manager
AtEminox, we design and manufacture advanced exhaust after-treatment systems that reduce harmful emissions from heavy-duty vehicles and equipment and our other product and services as listed on our web page.Our Sales & Marketing team plays a vital role in driving this mission — building strong customer relationships, developing new opportunities, and shaping the future of our business.
Now, we're looking for aKey Account Managerto join us and help deliver growth across your region.The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the link between Eminox and our customers — maintaining strong partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering real value at every level.
You will:
Meet and exceed sales and gross margin targets
Build strategic senior-level relationships while engaging technical teams
Accurately forecast pipelines and drive business growth
Understand customer needs and demonstrate true value to their business
Lead business reviews including forecasting, financial results, and customer feedback
Influence procurement processes and drive Eminox into new value streams
Become a subject matter expert in your allocated industry or segment
Travel regularly to meet customers and strengthen relationshipsWhat We're Looking For
We want a driven, customer-focused professional with proven experience inacquiring, maintaining, and retaining key clients— ideally within engineering or manufacturing.
You'll also bring:
Fluency in Englishplus another language relevant to your region (Italian or German)
You must be located in Italy or southern Italy.
Strongbusiness acumenand financial awareness
Excellentanalytical, communication, and influencing skills
A proactive, independent approach, balanced with being a strong team player
Confidence withIT tools(Word, Excel, Outlook)
