Missions
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Commis de Partie to join our partner company’s Kitchen Department. The ideal candidate will support the preparation and execution of dishes within the assigned section, ensuring high culinary standards and smooth daily operations. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a dynamic brigade.
Profile
In this role, you will organize and coordinate the work of cooks and subordinates in preparing dishes within the assigned section, ensuring that all directives and instructions from the Executive Chef are properly followed and executed, while controlling the quality of food items, selecting ingredients, and contributing to stock management. You will also maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene in your department, collaborate with the Executive Chef in structuring daily tasks and workflow, guarantee the quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes, support kitchen operations during peak service times with effective communication across the team, and ensure full compliance with safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures. xjrgpwk
