International industrial company specialized in agricultural solutions and crop nutrition, with a strong presence across EMEA markets, is looking to recruit an International Area Manager – Crop Nutrition (EMEA).
The selected candidate will be responsible for the development and consolidation of international business across several EMEA markets, managing distributors, clients, and strategic partners within the agricultural sector.
We are looking for a profile capable of combining both technical and commercial expertise, accustomed to working in international environments and experienced in developing business through distributors.
Responsibilities:
• Commercial management and business development across different international EMEA markets through distributors and strategic clients
• Management and follow-up of the international distributor network, ensuring commercial alignment and business growth
• Identification of new business opportunities, market trends, and development of new commercial areas
• Monitoring of markets, competitors, and technical evolution of agricultural solutions and crop nutrition products
• Technical and commercial support to clients and distributors regarding agricultural solutions
• Active participation in the definition of the international commercial strategy together with Management
• Organization and execution of business visits, meetings, and technical presentations with international clients and partners
• Participation in international trade fairs, technical seminars, and agricultural industry events
• Technical support during the sales process and commercial support in international markets
• Internal collaboration with business and product development teams
Profile:
• University degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or similar
• Commercial and/or technical experience within the agricultural sector, crop nutrition, fertilizers, or related industries
• Experience managing international distributors and developing business across EMEA markets
• Fluent English for an international business environment
• Availability to travel frequently across Europe and internationally
• Dynamic, autonomous, and business-oriented profile
• Ability to combine technical and commercial vision in international environments
• Interest in technical-commercial environments and market development
• Strong communication and international stakeholder management skills
