Position
Based in Sesto Fiorentino (Florence), the After Sales Engineer will play a crucial role within the After Sales Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of after-sales activities, coordinating processes and workflows to ensure timely and successful completion, and ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction. This involves maintaining regular contact and collaboration with Local After Sales Referents, Quality Production teams, Customer Service, and Headquarters
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Zone Referents to ensure proper follow-up procedures are adhered to and provide support for all quality-related issues, acting as the primary point of contact between Zone Referents and the Production team.
- Organize and conduct monthly meetings with After Sales teams and Zone Referents to review local activities, address ongoing issues, and track project progress.
- Serve as the key point of contact for Customer Service regarding all after-sales inquiries and requests.
- Proactively ensure that customer problems and concerns are resolved efficiently and swiftly.
- Work in conjunction with the team to continuously monitor quality levels and effectively communicate findings and insights to Zone Referents.
- Develop and refine after-sales procedures and workflow mappings with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of preparing and presenting comprehensive Quality and After Sales reports for management review.
Profile
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
- Previous experience within the luxury retail sector is highly desirable.
- Proven excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI reporting systems is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and numerical abilities.
- A strong interest in the fashion and luxury retail industry.
