PbJob Summary: /b /ppWe are seeking an experienced bSenior Field Technician /b specialized in bBESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) /b, focusing on bPCS (Power Conversion Systems) /b and bLithium Battery Systems /b. This role includes overseeing the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of energy storage systems in bCI (Commercial Industrial) /b, bUtility Scale /b, and bRESS (Residential Energy Storage Systems) /b environments. /ppThe Senior Field Technician will also support bspare parts management /b, bcall center technical assistance /b, and btechnical training /b activities. This includes delivering training sessions for customers and internal staff, as well as contributing to the development of btechnical procedures /b and btraining documentation /b. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /ppb1. Technical Operations: /b /pulliLead installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of bPCS /b, bLithium Battery Systems /b, and bBESS/RESS /b solutions. /liliConduct functional tests, performance monitoring, and system diagnostics. /liliEnsure project milestones are completed in line with company standards and customer expectations. /li /ulpb2. Spare Parts Inventory Management: /b /pulliCollaborate with the bWarehouse Manager /b to manage spare parts, including receiving, inspection, and allocation. /liliEnsure the correct use and availability of critical components during field operations. /liliProvide feedback on parts consumption and inventory optimization. /li /ulpb3. Team Supervision: /b /pulliSupervise and coordinate field technicians during commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks. /liliProvide technical mentoring, on-site guidance, and team performance evaluation. /li /ulpb4. Call Center Technical Support: /b /pulliParticipate in bcall center support /b for technical troubleshooting and remote diagnostics. /liliCollaborate with the bHelp Desk /b team to resolve advanced technical cases. /liliAct as the technical escalation point for complex issues. /li /ulpb5. Customer Support Communication: /b /pulliServe as the primary technical contact for customers during field operations. /liliProvide detailed explanations of system performance and troubleshooting steps. /liliEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery. /li /ulpb6. Reporting Documentation: /b /pulliPrepare technical reports, including diagnostics, repair logs, and commissioning records. /liliEnsure accurate completion of service records, inspection forms, and checklists. /li /ulpb7. Training Technical Procedure Development: /b /pulliConduct technical btraining sessions /b for customers, service partners, and internal teams. /liliActively contribute to the development of btraining materials /b and btechnical procedures /b for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. /liliSupport the continuous improvement of training content by integrating field experiences and lessons learned. /li /ulpb8. Compliance Safety: /b /pulliEnsure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards and safety policies. /liliConduct on-site safety inspections and maintain proper tool and equipment handling procedures. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /ppbEducation Certification: /b /pulliDiploma or degree in bElectrical Engineering /b, bEnergy Systems /b, bMechatronics /b, or related technical fields. /liliProfessional skills in bBESS/PCS/RESS /b installation, maintenance, and commissioning. /li /ulpbExperience: /b /pulliMinimum b5-7 years /b of experience in field service related to bBESS/PCS/RESS /b systems. /liliProven experience leading commissioning and maintenance projects on bCI /b and bUtility Scale /b systems. /liliExperience in training delivery and procedure development is highly desirable. /liliChinese and English is a must. /li /ulpbTechnical Skills: /b /pulliStrong knowledge of bPCS /b, bBESS /b, and bRESS /b technologies, including grid compliance. /liliAbility to read and interpret btechnical blueprints /b, bwiring diagrams /b, and bcontrol schematics /b. /liliFamiliarity with bSCADA systems /b, bEMS (Energy Management Systems) /b, and bmonitoring platforms /b. /liliExperience in binventory management /b and bspare parts logistics /b. /liliProficiency in btechnical writing /b and btraining content development /b. /li /ulpbSoft Skills: /b /pulliStrong bleadership /b and bteam management /b abilities. /liliExcellent bcommunication skills /b for delivering training and technical explanations. /lilibProblem-solving /b and bcritical thinking /b skills to manage complex technical challenges. /lilibAdaptability /b to changing project environments and deadlines. /li /ulpbr/ppbWork Environment: /b /pulliFrequent travel to various project sites. /liliField-based environment with exposure to bindustrial /b and boutdoor conditions /b. /liliAbility to work in bconfined spaces /b, belevated platforms /b. /lilibOn-call availability /b during critical project phases and emergencies. /li /ul
