Job Overview:
* Drive growth of the Solar Module sales business by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
* Conduct regional market analysis focusing on supply/demand trends, government policies, competitors, and key distributors and installers.
* Build relationships with potential partners including distributors, installers, and consultants, with tailored strategies.
* Set and meet quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive initiatives.
* Support regional marketing campaigns such as exhibitions, presentations, and product launches.
* Prepare sales reports for management, tracking progress against goals.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product strategy.
* Engage with industry players to align product and service offerings with their needs.
* Develop proposals for customer tenders, ensuring technical and commercial optimization.
* Identify new market segments and opportunities for expansion.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure product delivery and schedules.
* Participate in product design reviews to meet quality standards.
* Partner with marketing and sales teams for product launches.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: 3-5 years in the solar module industry, working with manufacturers or selling to developers and EPCs.
* Sales & Business Development: Proven ability to generate sales and develop opportunities.
* Procurement & Customer Relations: Familiarity with procurement processes and crafting aligned responses.
* Decision Making: Ability to define guidelines and see initiatives through.
* Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgets and expenditures.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: Sales-driven, proactive, competitive.
* Interpersonal Skills: Building effective relationships.
