Commis de bar

We are recruiting a Commis de Bar at the Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International. The role is seasonal, full-time (40 hours per week, 5 working days), and the contract runs from June to October 2026.

• Welcome guests
• Support service at tables and at the bar
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to guest requests
• Maintain knowledge of the Bar menu
• Prepare garnishes and appetizers
• Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar area

• Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time
• Professional appearance in a clean uniform
• Completion of safety training and certification prior to employment
