**About the role** We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the definition, development, and successful market deployment of next-generation GaN-based Application-Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), targeting high-growth secular trends in AI data center power, humanoid robotics, and automotive electrification. **This is your new job**
- Own full product lifecycle from concept through production ramp, acting as DRI for strategic customer-driven NPI projects- Lead structured product definition and execution (MRD DOS CRS), ensuring timelines, risks and quality are managed
- Own and deliver business plans (revenue, volume, ASP, profitability), adapting strategy based on market feedback- Drive design-in pipeline and conversion to design wins in close collaboration with regional teams and sales-

- Advanced degree (or equivalent experience) in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a relevant discipline
- 10+ years experience in product marketing or product line management, gained within the semiconductor industry
- Proven track record of direct responsibility for customer-driven NPI projects
- Proven ownership of business cases and product outcomes
- Background in power, GaN, SiC or analog/mixed-signal markets
- Strong track record of cross-functional leadership
