Position: PRODUCT MANAGER - ADRIATIC
The Product Manager is responsible for managing and promoting the bioMérieux ImmunoAssays and BioFire solutions in the Adriatic cluster. This includes supporting Product / Market Managers in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing action plans, and ensuring the successful launch of new products to promote growth and profitability. The role involves compliance with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards across different markets, supervising sales budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring proper product positioning based on market and competitor analysis.
Main Accountabilities :
* Support and develop, implement, and follow up on Marketing Action Plans to ensure a leading position in Syndromic testing and ImmunoAssays solutions.
* Assist in strategy development, define, implement, and monitor marketing tactical plans, and oversee new product launches.
* Analyze sales data and top customers to identify opportunities and mitigate threats in collaboration with the Adriatic Product Manager for IA and BioFire ranges.
* Ensure solid product/solution positioning and market development according to the strategic plan, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Study and analyze competitors' offers and market dynamics, identifying new growth opportunities for bioMérieux IA and BioFire.
* Manage forecasting and allocation activities, supporting Supply Chain in managing critical products.
* Regularly update tender dossiers and marketing tools.
* Review and approve technical aspects of product labelling and marketing materials requested by Corporate PLD and Marketing for IA and Molecular lines.
* Manage IA and BioFire lifecycle activities, including PPO and customer communication, and oversee new TTP openings.
* Support Product Managers on ad hoc projects.
Qualifications and Skills :
* A scientific degree is required; additional experience in marketing and/or project management is a plus.
* Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to various audiences.
* Analytical, organized, proactive, and accountable.
