Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution :
* Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products responsible for.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
* Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
Customer & Partner Management :
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
* Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
* Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.
Reporting & Forecasting :
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
* Track and report on regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.).
* Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment :
* Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware SPP teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
* Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and service enhancements.
Team Leadership & Development :
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.
