We do this for clients in all major areas where scientific assessment is used: /p ul liclinical services (clinical and health psychology, psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, speech-language pathology, etc.) /li lihuman resources management through Giunti Psychometrics HR consulting (in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology) /li lischool and counselling services (educational, work and university consultancy) /li /ul pGiunti Psychometrics commits to offering clients high‑quality, innovative scientific tools and services meeting the needs of Italian clients and those in a range of other European countries. /p h3Position /h3 pAs a Key Account Manager – Health Segment, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening our business in North‑Central Italy, building valuable relationships within the healthcare sector and offering tailored solutions. /p h3bKey responsibilities /b /h3 ul liPromote Giunti Psychometrics’ products and services within the Health segment /li liAnalyze customer needs and propose customized, high‑value solutions /li liIdentify up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities /li liManage commercial negotiations and support clients throughout the entire sales process, engaging with stakeholders at different levels /li liBuild and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships, achieving assigned sales targets and developing new business opportunities /li liContinuously update commercial activities using the company CRM /li liMonitor and identify new market trends /li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 ul liKnowledge of the healthcare market (public and private) and its purchasing processes /li liUniversity degree /li li5–7 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the biomedical or healthcare services sector /li liStrong negotiation, organizational, and time‑management skills /li liExcellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team‑oriented approach /li liProactivity, reliability, and problem‑solving abilities /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills /li liResidence within the assigned area and willingness to travel locally /li liValid driving license (Category B) /li liGood command of English /li /ul h3bWhat we offer /b /h3 ul liFull‑time position /li liCompany car, laptop, and phone /li liVariable compensation plan based on objectives /li liDevelopment of advanced technical skills in a market‑leading company /li liInternational and stimulating work environment /li liOpportunity to be part of the transformation journey of a growing global company /li /ul pGiunti Psychometrics is an equal opportunity employer.
