About the Job
We are looking for a well-connected and entrepreneurial Business Development Agent (Commission-based) to join our extended commercial network. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities in high-end packaging, POS materials, and bespoke promotional solutions for Cosmetics, Luxury and Fashion brands. Leveraging strong industry relationships, you will open doors, build strategic client partnerships, and drive revenue growth, working closely with internal design, sourcing, production, and logistics teams to deliver refined, premium solutions.
What You Will Do
Identify and secure new business opportunities with the sectors above
Leverage existing relationships with Marketing, Procurement, and Trade Marketing decision-makers
Introduce our capabilities in luxury packaging, POS materials, promotional items, and global supply chain management
Support early-stage client engagement, needs analysis, and solution positioning
Build and manage a qualified opportunity pipeline and provide commercial visibility
Represent the company at client meetings and selected industry events
Who We Are Looking For
Proven background in business development and sales within Luxury, Packaging, POSM, or Promotional industries
Strong, active network across brand owners and decision-makers
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a commission-based agent model
High level of discretion, professionalism, and credibility with premium brands
Languages
Fluent Italian and professional English required for international client and internal collaboration
