We are seeking a Sales Engineer with extensive experience in technical sales support and business development to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team.
Job Description
* Stay up-to-date with product launches and transitions to maintain effective sales engagement programs.
* Develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs.
* Build strong relationships with customers through product and service support.
* Provide customer information through presentations on new products, project schedules, quality performance, and technical training.
Key Responsibilities
* Document market and customer findings and communicate the information back to the organization.
* Support marketing efforts to evaluate market segment trends, monitor government regulatory activities, and solicit customer feedback.
* Support team members and peers to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Participate in regional and international trade shows to promote products and services.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing or R&D.
* Familiarity with Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products.
* Knowledge and understanding of compressor applications and regulations for Light Commercial markets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and one of the European languages.
* Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior work experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs.
* Knowledge of the Chinese language is beneficial but not required.
