We are seeking a skilled professional to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with partners in the travel sector. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding and training new partners, developing and maintaining existing relationships, and acquiring new clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Onboarding and Training: Welcoming and training new partners on our B2B platform, enhancing their confidence in using the tools.
* Relationship Development: Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, negotiating commercial and financial terms to ensure continued ties.
* New Business Acquisition: Identifying and leveraging new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
* Site Visits and Webinars: Conducting on-site visits (minimum of 4 days per week) to organize training sessions, webinars, and present new products to boost sales.
* Performance Analysis: Monitoring client and team performance using BI tools to achieve better results.
* Issue Resolution: Collaborating with the support team to quickly resolve any issues.
* Regular Reporting: Providing regular reports to the regional manager regarding performance and actions taken.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the travel industry, with a strong network of travel agents. They should have excellent commercial communication and B2B negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and use BI tools to optimize performance.

Ambitious, autonomous, and results-oriented individuals with a track record of success in local sales development are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English and Italian is required, and willingness to travel regularly is essential for this role.

Sales Performance: Salary between €38,000 and €40,000 gross per year + performance-based bonuses.
