Marketing ManagerOverviewThe Marketing Manager is a multi-tasking marketer supporting an integrated marketing approach of Hotel Savoy marketing activities. The role executes key marketing activities, including collateral, advertising, digital, social, CRM, affinity partners and promotions in key markets. The Marketing Manager aims to develop both brand loyalty and revenue for the hotel and promotes key brand programmes, promotions and new initiatives. Reports to: Director of Marketing, Northern Italy.Responsibilities
Creation of marketing initiatives dedicated to the Hotel SavoyCreation of marketing collateralsSupport in creating packagesSupport in updating content on the websiteImage library managementManagement of CRM campaigns and data acquisition campaignsCreation of gift vouchers and support executions of gift vouchers campaignsAssist Head Office with the creation of material for their newslettersPoint of contact for the hotel to support ad hoc marketing requestsSupport promoting the hotel F&B outlets through clear marketing actions (online and offline)Support with Digital and Social Media ActivitiesExecution of photo and video shootings, in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and the Centre: organization of all the pre-shooting details and support on site

Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or CommunicationsMinimum 3 years Marketing experienceCommunications savvy - verbal and writtenKnowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic (CRM) is a plusBasic knowledge of digital and social media marketingExcellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Italian and English at advanced level
