Ph3Product Sales Specialist – Hematology Urinalysis /h3 pThis role is responsible for driving sales growth, market development, and clinical adoption of Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Hematology and Urinalysis solutions within the assigned territory. It partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to deliver customer value and achieve commercial objectives. The position reports to the Clinical Diagnostic Manager and is part of the Solution Design Team, working remotely to cover the Central Italy territory. /p h3In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To /h3 ul liProvide advanced technical and scientific support to the Sales force on Hematology and Urinalysis solutions, supporting customers and effectively addressing objections. /li liContribute to profitable sales growth within the local market for the assigned customer portfolio, in partnership with the Sales team. /li liPerform field demonstrations of Beckman Coulter instruments and reagents at customer sites and/or at Beckman Coulter premises, promoting system value and awareness. /li liPlan and conduct customer meetings to address complex technical topics and support the definition and finalization of solutions for public tenders and bids. /li liBuild and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. /li liConduct follow‑up visits to customers to verify installation status, support system adoption, and reinforce customer loyalty. /li liEnsure the commercial effectiveness of customer visits by sharing all relevant information with the Sales team and contributing market and competitive insights. /li /ul h3The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Laboratory Techniques, or a related scientific discipline. /li liMultiple years of experience as an Application Specialist, Product Sales Specialist, or Medical Laboratory Technician in public or private hospital laboratories. /li liSolid knowledge of Hematology; experience with Beckman Coulter Hematology instrumentation is considered a strong plus. /li liProficiency with standard IT tools and personal computers. /li liFluent Italian and English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Travel, Motor Vehicle Record Physical/Environment Requirements /h3 ul liWillingness to travel up to 80–90% of the time within the Central Italy territory / Italy. /li liValid driver’s license. /li /ul h3It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in /h3 ul liExperience supporting public tenders and complex sales processes. /li liExperience delivering technical or scientific training to Sales teams. /li /ul h3Requisiti Essenziali /h3 ul liLaurea in Biologia, Biotecnologie, Tecniche di Laboratorio Biomedico o disciplina scientifica simile. /li liDiversi anni di esperienza come Application Specialist, Product Sales Specialist o Tecnico di Laboratorio in strutture pubbliche o private. /li liBuona conoscenza dell’Ematologia; esperienza con strumenti Beckman Coulter è un requisito preferenziale. /li liBuona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e PC. /li liOttima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese (livello B2 o superiore). /li /ul h3Viaggi e Requisiti /h3 ul liDisponibilità a viaggiare fino all’80–90% del tempo nel territorio del Centro Italia/Italia. /li liPatente di guida valida. /li /ul h3Costituisce Un Plus /h3 ul liEsperienza nel supporto a gare pubbliche e processi di vendita complessi. /li liEsperienza nella formazione tecnica o scientifica dei team di vendita. /li /ul pJoin our winning team today.
