PbInfinity Consulting /b is a Global Sales Marketing Consultancy Firm, operating in B2B markets within the manufacturing industry. /ppWe are looking for a motivated and truly passionate bSales Specialist /b to join our Sales Team through a structured training program. The role will provide hands-on experience in sales administration, lead generation, and key strategies to acquire and retain new clients. /ppbr/ppb*If interested, please submit your CV in English to be considered for this position.* /b /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliCollect and analyze data and market trends from different databases and sources, creating reports and visual presentations. /liliReach out to potential leads via multiple channels (email, phone, messaging, social media). /liliWork closely with the Sales Team to design and implement lead generation strategies, building a strong sales pipeline. /liliPromote and sell products (industrial machinery) and services, representing the brand professionally. /liliNegotiate with prospects using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and close win-win deals, ensuring added value for customers. /liliActively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, sharing and building ideas with colleagues. /liliMeeting sales targets contributing to the company's overall revenue targets. /liliHandle general administrative tasks, including digital archiving, invoicing, and documentation. /liliPrepare weekly activity reports and deliver individual or group sales presentations when required. /li /ulpbr/ppbBackground Skills /b /pulliBachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or Communication. /liliPrevious sales experience preferred; alternatively, proven track record in conceptual selling and/or new product launches. /liliFluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish or additional languages will be a plus. /liliData-driven mindset, self-starter, able to work towards continuous improvement within a team environment. /liliStrong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills. /liliIndependent, well-organized, flexible, and adaptable to challenges, even under pressure. /liliHands-on, proactive attitude with an out-of-the-box mindset. /liliExcellent IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with CRM/PM tools is a plus). /liliPassion for the industrial/automotive/HVAC industry is beneficial but not mandatory. /liliDriving license (Category B). /liliWillingness to travel regularly, both nationally and internationally, for client meetings and trade fairs. /li /ulpbr/ppbBenefits /b /pulliCareer growth opportunities in a young, positive, and flexible work environment. /liliCompany laptop and mobile phone. /liliMeal vouchers. /liliSmart working policy. /li /ulpbr/ppbOffer /b /pulliContract type: Freelance / VAT contract. /liliFull-time position: Monday to Friday, with 1 day of smart working. /liliWorkplace: Milan City Centre. /li /ulpbr/ppb*If interested, please submit your CV in English to be considered for this position.* /b /ppbr/ppInfinity provides equal opportunity to all candidates and employees.
