The Senior Product Manager is a bar‑raising communicator, both verbal and written, and is a well‑respected leader within the business. This role requires the ability to influence across stakeholder teams to drive alignment and requires a highly effective and established leader to navigate effectively. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for building and scaling products to uncover critical defects across the Amazon shopping journey, spanning product discovery, evaluation, and purchase completion. These systemic problems impact the customer shopping journey—from how customers discover and evaluate products to their ability to complete purchases.
