Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Account Manager located in Italy. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying and pursuing business opportunities in his Italian region, assisting with the implementation of service solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, overseeing project timelines, and providing insights to improve client outcomes. The position involves regular interaction with clients from diverse industries and municipalities, requiring excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Qualifications
* Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
* Project management skills, including the ability to oversee timelines and coordinate cross‑functional teams
* Problem‑solving and analytical abilities to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
* Experience or familiarity with emergency warning systems, communication platforms, or related industries is a plus
* Proficiency in Italian; additional language skills are a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
* Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple clients, long sales journey (around 6 months) and priorities effectively
* Ability to travel locally and work on‑site in Italy (We are looking for 5 people in the following regions: Piemonte, Campania, Toscana, Lazio, Veneto)
