CUOCO TEMPO PIENO HOTEL 4 STELLE, ROMA ZONA MARCONI

Responsibilities

- Plan menu and organize courses with focus on first and second dishes.
- Prepare meals, manage menu planning, and ensure proper portioning.
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work stations.
- Work a 14/22 shift schedule, five days a week with two days off.

Contract

Initial fixed-term contract at 40 hours weekly.

Location: Roma, zona Marconi, cap 00146.

Job level: IV livello TURISMO FEDERALBERGHI.

Qualifications

Origin experience as chef in a hotel or restaurant setting.

Experience in preparing a variety of dishes.
