We're looking for a Banking Product Specialist to join our HQ Business Development Department. In this role, you'll be pivotal in the international evolution of CA Auto Bank's payment platform, working directly with different markets to promote and implement our payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and define business requirements for new market entries, acting as the dedicated Project Manager;
* Manage and strengthen relationships with international acquirers and internal key market correspondents of CA Auto Bank;
* Oversee all internal approval processes and committees, and manage contracts with HQ suppliers to ensure smooth operations;
* Act as a central liaison, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment between the main departments involved in the projects such as the IT and Sales & Marketing teams.
* Strategize and launch new payment products in international markets, from initial concept to full implementation;
* Drive the commercial growth of the payment platform by proposing new use cases and supporting their development across markets.
Job Requirements
* 5+ years experience in the banking, financial or fintech sector;
* Deep expertise in payments normative and processes (PSD1, PSD2, PSD3);
* Comprehensive knowledge of both issuing and acquiring businesses;
* Strong project management skills;
* Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English;
* Key soft skills, including a strong ability to build networks and meet deadlines.
