Position Summary
The KAM is a critical role designed to accelerate our ambitious growth objectives within the Italian market. This dynamic position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the agility to adapt strategies in response to evolving market conditions. You will be at the forefront of driving sustainable growth in a highly competitive environment, with clear visibility of your impact on business performance.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and influence strategic growth initiatives while working across territories, regions and brands. Success in this role will require a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and strong commercial execution.
The main responsibilities of this role will be to drive best possible outcome by the following:
Strategic Growth Leadership
* Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with high-potential growth opportunities, including clinician groups, institutions, and key stakeholders.
* Lead the development and oversee the execution of tailored growth strategies to be implemented by Territory Managers (TMs), ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals:
* For smaller accounts, co-create strategic growth plans with selected customers where coordination is required across multiple siteso If collaboration on an Enterprise Solutions account is required, support the KAM by contributing to the strategic approach and taking ownership of coordinating tactical execution across sites and territories with a robust feedback loop to the KAM and customer.
* Work closely with RSMs to ensure they are aware of the strategic account growth plans and can support the TMs with coaching and development during execution in the field.
* Partner with all departments and internal functions, to ensure coordinated execution across functions in line with our business goals.
Project Initiatives
* Design and implement ways of working for multi-site accounts, ensuring alignment and collaboration across multiple TMs, RSMs, and KAMs where applicable.
* Explore opportunities to integrate digital solutions into targeted accounts to enhance value and broaden portfolio adoption.
General Responsibilities

* Uphold business ethics and compliance standards, ensuring consistent application across all activities.
* Carry out additional duties as assigned to support team and business goals.

Qualifications And Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the implant sector (essential).
* Previous line management experience is desirable. Solid understanding of digital workflows in dental practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
