Job Description
Development and support of team members: Actively engage with team members, increase engagement by improving the workplace based on member feedback; guide business knowledge, skills, and Amazon culture; listen to concerns, solve problems, manage attendance and working hours.
Improvement of safety, quality, and work efficiency of assigned processes: Lead safety and quality activities, improve work environment, manage training progress; identify problems, develop countermeasures, and implement them with the team.
Response to daily operations: Plan and manage receiving, inventory, and shipment flows to meet promised delivery deadlines; make appropriate judgments in response to volume fluctuations, sudden labor shortages, and system issues.
Promoting improvements as a project leader: Lead annual/monthly projects within the FC to improve safety risks and productivity; collaborate with related departments and participate in FC events such as Family Day.
Work Style
- Work style: Shift work with a monthly flexible working hours system.
- Work hours: 10 hours per day, with a weekly average not exceeding 40 hours per month.
- Holidays: 169 days per year (approximately 14 days per month).
*As a rule, the company will decide on 2-3 shifts, including day and night shifts, and inform you of next month’s shift schedule by the end of the month.

Education System
After joining the company, you will have the opportunity to attend classroom lessons for about a week to learn about the company culture and basic FC work required to be an Amazon leader. After being assigned to each department, you will learn basic knowledge such as process know‑how and how to use tools through OJT under the supervision of a training manager.
Career Path
Many people started their career as area managers, became general managers of the receiving/shipping team, and became FC base managers. Amazon also has an internal recruitment system that allows transfers to other departments and different positions domestically and internationally.

Basic Qualifications
Experience in training staff or leading a team, regardless of industry (3 years or more of work experience).
Experience managing about 5 people, including attendance and performance management.
Experience in implementing operational kaizen and standardization based on quantitative data analysis.
Intermediate level or higher in PC skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot, macros in Excel).
Reading and writing level English.
