Menu Mastery: Full management of food prep for our dynamic street‑food and pub menu; Kitchen Care: Maintaining cleanliness and order at your station and throughout the entire kitchen; Efficiency: Managing high‑intensity service with speed and quality, even during peak hours; Coordination: Ensuring a seamless workflow for smooth and consistent operations.
What you’ll bring:
Experience: A solid background in high-volume kitchens (pub-style and street‑food); Autonomy: Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure; Flexibility: Availability from Monday to Sunday (shifts between 07:30 – 00:00); Reliability: A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
