This role offers the opportunity to be part of the Atrium Bar Team, supporting daily operations and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic and elegant bar setting. /p h3About the role /h3 pThe Chef de Rang provides exceptional quality and service to Atrium Bar guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests' needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liProvide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. /li liDescribe the selection of food beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item. /li liAnticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. /li liPrepare and present bills accurately and perform all duties related to bar closing shifts. /li liGreet and seat guests in a professional manner and take reservations conforming to Four Seasons standards. /li liSupport the team in preparing and serving a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending. /li liAssist in setting and clearing tables neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification. /li liAssist in the breakdown, cleaning and set‑up of buffets and food stations. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liAn outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to an assigned task /li liHigh level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine /li li2 Years experience in food service experience.
