We are looking for Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and communications efforts for a new Members Club that will open in the iconic Torre Velasca building in the heart of Milan.
This role is critical in the successful pre-launch, opening and growth phases, developing and executing high-impact campaigns to drive brand awareness, member acquisition, member engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury lifestyle, hospitality, fashion or members club marketing.
Main responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
* Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for the pre-opening, launch, and growth of the members club.
* Lead brand positioning and integrates marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging. Localize global strategies for the italian market, manage budgets, content calendars, and production. Monitor market trends and performance to drive strong ROI and brand growth.
Member communications & Engagement
* Manage the full member communications journey and collaborate with teams to promote programming across emails, newsletters, and in-app channels.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
* Oversee and execute digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Manage the content calendar and use data insights to optimize strategy and grow the online presence.
Public Relations & Third party management
* Serve as the main liaison for the PR agency, managing briefs, media requests, and reviewing deliverables.
Creative Production & Asset Management
* Oversee the production of branded assets across digital, print, and in-house visuals, ensuring quality and consistency. Manage creative workflows with external partners and maintain a well-organized asset library for internal and external use.
Administrative & reporting
* Manage marketing budgets, track campaign performance, report on key metrics, and ensure website content is up to date.
Events & Partnerships
* Collaborate with the events department to support signature programming and lead marketing efforts for press events, influencer activations, and VIP experiences. Identify strategic brand partnerships and support influencer engagement to drive awareness and strengthen brand affinity.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in marketing within hospitality (members clubs is a plus), luxury lifestyle, fashion, F&B and lifestyle brands.
* Proven track record of launching new venues, communities, or membership offerings.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
* Confident managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.
* Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing tools, and social platforms.
* Passion for hospitality, culture, wellness, and creating community through experience.
