Job Opportunity: Sales Manager for Central-South America Adecco Italia Spa is seeking a Sales Manager for direct employment with a leading company in the relevant sector, based in Sesto Fiorentino (FI). Responsibilities: Manage the sales process to increase business opportunities. Expand the client portfolio and retain existing clients by promoting and negotiating sales with strategic customers. Collaborate with other company functions to optimize product assortment or promote new products based on client needs, contributing to identifying and developing new business opportunities. Manage and update commercial documentation, perform reporting, communicate relevant information, and prepare sales budgets, estimates, and forecasts. Requirements: Degree in Economics; a master's in export sales and/or marketing is a plus. Experience in similar roles is considered an advantage. Willingness to undertake frequent international travel (approximately 80/100 days per year). Excellent command of English and Spanish languages. Key qualities include result orientation, customer focus, problem-solving skills, planning and organizational skills, and strategic vision. Additional Information: Salary and employment level will be determined based on the candidate's expertise and seniority. The position is full-time, with the start date expected on 01/07/2025.
