Overview AxL – Agenzia per il Lavoro selects a resource for a client in the hotellerie sector, located in Ferno (VA), to join the kitchen brigade as Commis de Partie.
The position offers a full‑time, fixed‑term contract with a D1 classification and a gross annual salary of €21,113, in line with the applicable CCNL.
Working hours are organised over five days a week with two rotating days off.

Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients (portioning, cutting, and storing food)
Wash and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
Cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Prepare cold dishes
Use primary kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, deep‑fryers)
Verify proper cooking and quality control during preparation
Set up and tidy the work station
Plate and serve in correct portions
Clean and sanitise work surfaces, utensils, and equipment
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience in a similar kitchen role
Knowledge of main food preparation and cooking techniques
Precision, organisation, and attention to quality standards
Teamworking skills and ability to handle kitchen pace
