We are seeking a Marketing Manager for Mama Shelter Lake Como. Fluency in Italian and English is required. Please submit an English CV.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement a localized marketing strategy based on HQ brand guidelines to position Mama Shelter Lake Como as a must‑visit cultural venue.
- Produce and update internal communication materials including posters, menus, flyers and collaterals.
- Track and analyse the impact of marketing actions (social media performance, PR coverage, event results) and align with the central Brand team to maintain a consistent global voice.
- Define and roll out the local social media strategy for the hotel and its outlets. Write, edit and publish visual and editorial content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with local journalists, media outlets and influencers. Coordinate press requests, organise press events, press trips and photo shoots.
- Plan and execute an annual event calendar aligned with global activations and local trends. Coordinate logistics with F&B; teams and external partners.
