Ph3Overview /h3 pWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Product Manager to join our ambitious Consumer Healthcare division Marketing team (OTC drugs, food supplements, and medical devices markets). In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing marketing strategies for a portfolio of consumer products. You will be involved in all phases of the product lifecycle, from market analysis to the development of launch plans, up to the management of promotional and communication activities. /p pContract: fixed term (12 months) /p h3Main Activities Responsibilities /h3 ul liMarket analysis, competitor analysis, and consumer trend analysis. /li liDefinition of product positioning and marketing strategies. /li liDevelopment and implementation of integrated marketing plans (advertising, promotions, point of sale, digital). /li liManagement of the marketing budget. /li liCollaboration with internal company functions (sales, trade marketing, medical, regulatory) and external agencies. /li liMonitoring product performance and analyzing results. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in economics or management disciplines. Candidates with a scientific background will also be considered, provided they have consolidated their skills in data analysis and marketing management through studies or work experience. /li liAt least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry. /li liStrong results orientation and analytical skills. /li liExcellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel proficiency is a prerequisite, including a solid familiarity with core functionalities, Power Point for presentations) /li liGood communication and presentation skills. /li liAbility to approach complexity with order and awareness of timelines. /li liEntrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a team. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
