Role Description:
We are seeking a Partnerships & Sponsorships Account Manager who will play a key role in managing and coordinating high-profile collaborations between Xerjoff and renowned brands, artists, and personalities from diverse industries such as culinary arts, music, and automotive. The ideal candidate will bring excellent coordination and communication skills, with a particular focus on bridging the worlds of luxury fragrance and other artistic and lifestyle sectors.
The Partnerships & Sponsorships Account Manager will manage strategic projects aimed at creating unique, cross-industry partnerships, working closely with internal teams from marketing, product development, and external collaborators to ensure smooth project execution and the successful launch of collaborative campaigns. This role also involves supporting the CEO in managing more complex projects and maintaining key relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage collaboration projects with partners in the USA and UK, ensuring seamless integration between our brand and those in the culinary, music, automotive, and other creative fields.
* Facilitate collaboration s between Xerjoff and external brands or personalities, ensuring a unified vision and strategy throughout the partnership process.
* Act as a liaison between internal departments (marketing, product development, sales) and external collaborators, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of all collaborations.
* Prepare presentations and reports on project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
* Oversee the drafting of contracts related to partnerships and ensure compliance with relevant legal and market-specific requirements.
Requirements:
* English as a first language.
* Previous experience of at least 2 years in a project management role.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficient in tools and software support: Office Suite, Gantt charts, Asana, Trello.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with the USA and UK markets, including understanding cultural and commercial differences.
* Willingness to travel abroad throughout the year.
* On-site work location: Pianezza (Turin).
