About the Role
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional with fluent Italian language skills to lead sponsorship revenue growth across Italian-speaking markets.
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value sponsorship opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored commercial solutions that align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new sponsorship opportunities across Italian-speaking markets
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective sponsors
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers
- Create tailored sponsorship proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure successful delivery of sponsorship agreements
About You:
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) – essential xlwpduy
- Proven track record in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or commercial partnerships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Experience working to and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercially astute with strong relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel when required
