About the RoleOur Industry & Energy Technology (IET) team delivers industry‑leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. This role involves the development and execution of Lean and Digitization pillars to transform parts business management within the Gas Services organization, reducing cycle time and driving productivity gains.Responsibilities
Coordinate execution and delivery of the Brilliant Parts program, applying Lean to all operations processes from customer demand to delivery.Leverage Lean to redesign critical processes, screen stakeholder needs, assess business benefits, prioritize initiatives, and execute MVPs and pilots, culminating in finalized products.Ensure proper prioritization of initiatives, manage time constraints, and optimize budget spending.Build and maintain detailed milestone planning, integrating the program’s work breakdown structure;
monitor execution with KPIs and report status to upper management.Perform business analysis and quantify decisions using data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, or Statistics.Demonstrated experience in Lean and Six Sigma.Strong background in Digital Technology, Operations, Project/Program Management, or Material Management across diverse industries.Fluent in Italian and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
Develop models and analytics within projects, adhering to business standards and product/program requirements.Show digital dexterity and passion for data analysis, confident with platforms such as PowerBI and Tableau.Knowledge of digital trends, Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence, and Python programming.
