We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for our Sales department to bridge the gap between complex customer needs and our advanced technological solutions.

* Deeply understand SPEA products, their technical features, and performance to effectively communicate their \"value for customer\" and competitive advantages
* Collaborate with Sales Managers to define winning sales strategies and identify potential new market opportunities
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer cutting-edge solutions and maintain a competitive edge in the market
* Analyze and interpret complex technical specifications from customers across different industrial sectors and geographic regions
💡 Who We Are Looking For
* Master’s Degree in Mechatronics or Biomedical Engineering (or related technical fields)
* Strong understanding of electronic testing systems and the ability to map technical features to customer benefits
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Proactive, result-oriented, and continuously updated on the latest technological and market developments
* Fluency in English is essential for managing international customers and global market
* Previous experience in technical sales or application engineering within high-tech industries is highly valued
* Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time)
