About Experimental Roma
Opening in mid‑2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental. Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita: elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

About The Job
Preparing preliminary ingredients and mise en place
Preparing recipes according to technical sheets
Preparing dishes in line with the menu and specific customer requests
Checking preparations (tasting, analyzing, and making adjustments when necessary)
Storing food products according to the establishment’s procedures
Receiving and carrying out quantitative and qualitative checks of deliveries
Applying current hygiene and safety regulations
Wearing professional attire in compliance with hygiene and safety legislation
About You
You have proven experience as a Commis de Cuisine or in a similar role.
You have a good knowledge and understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
You are passionate about gastronomy and are rigorous in following work procedures and technical sheets.
You have strong organizational skills, work efficiently, and have a solid understanding of hygiene regulations.
You communicate easily in Italian (knowledge of English is a plus).
Finally, you are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
