Your responsibilities:
* Prepare food according to the instructions of the chef de partie or executive chef
* Ensure professional mise en place independently.
* Responsible for optimal production processes.
* Comply with hygiene and safety standards.
* Responsible for the proper handling of food and work materials
Your profile:
* Relevant professional experience in the hotel and catering industry
* Completed vocational training as a chef is an advantage
* High service and quality orientation
* Excellent communication skills, confident and winning manner
* Can-do attitude and hands‑on mentality
* Team player
* Very good knowledge of German and Italian, English language skills are an advantage

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
