Your Mission:
Lead the end‑to‑end product management of regulatory data capabilities for vehicles and batteries at Stellantis. Translate evolving regulations (e.g., Euro 7, EPA, CARB, China 7, Battery Passport) into clear, testable digital product requirements, ensuring compliant data acquisition from the telematics box, trusted data pipelines, and timely submissions to authorities.
Your Responsibilities:
Requirements & backlog: convert regulations into epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready/Done, and traceability to regulatory clauses.
Data regulation & governance: define data access, quality, retention, consent and security needs; align with internal data owners/custodians and Privacy/Legal where relevant.
Cross‑functional orchestration: interface daily with the Regulation Department, the AIDA technical team, Vehicle teams, SW Business and SWE to unblock dependencies and plan releases.
Telematics data enablement: coordinate data access from the telematics box/TCU and related back‑end services; ensure reliable ingestion, cataloging and observability for regulatory use cases.
Customer & E2E view: capture needs of homologation/compliance engineers and downstream users (quality/aftersales) to ensure a coherent end‑to‑end experience.
Delivery & KPIs: run agile ceremonies, manage risks and budgets, track value delivery and adoption; present status and decisions to leadership with crisp narratives and metrics.
External engagement: support discussions with authorities, technical services and industry bodies; represent Stellantis at events and conferences.
Documentation & enablement: maintain the regulatory traceability matrix, data catalog entries, operating procedures and training materials.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must-have:
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in Product Management or Technical Program Management within automotive or other regulated digital products.
Working knowledge of key regulations: Euro 7, EPA, CARB, China 7, and Battery Passport (Global Battery Alliance).
Strong stakeholder management across Regulation/Legal, Engineering (SWE), Vehicle organizations and Business teams; ability to drive alignment and decisions.
Requirements engineering skills: writing specifications, defining acceptance criteria, maintaining traceability and change control (e.g., in Azure DevOps/Jira).
Understanding of data management (owners/custodians, data lake/telemetry concepts, APIs) and basics of GDPR/privacy and data security.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional Italian or French is a plus; concise, executive‑ready communication.
Background in automotive systems, vehicle telemetry/diagnostics, or battery lifecycle (SoH/SoC, repair, recycling) and related data flows.
Familiarity with standards and practices such as SAFe/Agile, MBSE, ISO 26262 (functional safety), ISO 21434 (cybersecurity), and data quality management.
Experience with regulatory submissions, audits, or working with technical services/authorities.
Certifications: Product Owner/Product Manager (SAFe), PMP/Prince2, or privacy (e.g., IAPP CIPP/E).
