We are recruiting for a Head Sommelier position to join the team at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco for the **** season.
As Head Sommelier, you will create and update the wine list in coordination with chefs and the Restaurant Operations Manager, recommend food and wine pairings, advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices.

Deliver on the brand's promise and provide exceptional dining experience at all times.
Know LQA standards and apply them consistently; ensure staff also understand and apply them.
Maintain Rosewood standards at a superior level on a daily basis.
Exhibit friendly, caring, and courteous manners when dealing with guests, staff, and employees.
Motivate and provide a working environment where associates are productive and work together to their strongest ability.
Ensure positive communication between associates and managers to maintain high morale.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 1 year in a similar position.
Knowledge of LQA/Forbes standards.
Strong written and spoken Italian and English.
AIS Certificate; WSET Certificate is a plus.
High level of attention to detail and refined manners with exceptional communication skills.
