Job Title: European Channel Sales Lead
Description:
* We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop and execute a channel sales strategy for our Life Science Automation portfolio across Southern Europe.
* This is an exciting opportunity to build and manage a network of distribution partners, drive revenue growth, and establish us as a market leader in the region.
Main Responsibilities:
* Channel Development: Identify, evaluate, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, resellers, system integrators) in key Southern European markets.
* Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets for our portfolio of standardized life science products.
* Partner Enablement: Train, equip, and motivate channel partners with the necessary product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing support.
* Sales Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline with partners, from lead generation to closing.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in channel sales or technical sales within the life science instrumentation, laboratory automation, or diagnostics industry.
* A proven track record of building and managing a successful distributor/channel partner network in Southern Europe.
* A strong technical understanding of laboratory workflows and familiarity with products such as liquid handlers, plate readers, and related automation equipment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
