We are on the lookout for passionate Commis de partie to join the summer season 2026 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities are: •Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees •Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety and Environment procedures, instructions and controls so that Company provides world class and luxurious hospitality services to its guests •Follow established recipe and plating guide provided, to exact specification •Maintain and organize their station and equipment in a neat and orderly fashion to meet the Chef’s expectation. •Carry out all food preparation tasks given by the Demi chef and reports back when they have been carried out anticipating the next task to complete •Perform related tasks and duties as assigned and deemed responsible by management
