Our Client is a leading international Company operating in the Industrial Machinery business on global scale. In order to strengthen their Regional Management Team, they're looking for an EMEA Marketing Manager - Aftermarket / Parts. Posizione: Key Responsibilities 1 - Product Portfolio Leadership: - Strategically lead and oversee all product development initiatives for core Parts families; - Ensure portfolio breadth and depth, competitive supplier base management, and value-driven price positioning to meet current and future market demands; - Drive supplier performance and innovation in alignment with product lifecycle and customer usage patterns; 2 - Strategic Pricing & Revenue Management: - Collaborate closely with other Corporate teams to define and implement pricing strategies across business units on common parts; - Develop market-based pricing processes, capturing field intelligence to enhance competitiveness and profitability; - Design and optimize dealer incentive schemes aligned with revenue growth and customer retention objectives, that will ultimately reward Dealer & Customer Loyalty; 3 - Business Intelligence & Performance Management: - Lead the consolidation and automation of all KPI rep:orting for Parts & Services performance—centralized at both dealer and business levels; - Ensure data integrity through rigorous categorization, harmonization, and reporting frameworks; - Establish a robust performance measurement system to evaluate promotion effectiveness and track strategic KPIs; 4 - Communications & Dealer Engagement: - Lead the creation of high-impact marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and digital content; - Drive dealer engagement through regular communication campaigns, dealer call-ins, e-marketing initiatives, and promotional alignment; 5 - Strategic Business Planning & Leadership: - Lead the development and delivery of the regional Aftermarket Strategic Business Plan, collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and service teams; - Own the delivery of strategic milestones, initiatives, and executive-ready presentation decks for global and regional reviews. Requisiti: - 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in Aftermarket, Marketing, or Business Development within industrial sectors; - Proven success in managing large portfolios and multi-national supplier & dealer networks; - Strong background in pricing strategy, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives; - Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change; - Strategic and analytical thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach; - Deep knowledge of aftermarket ecosystems, dealer networks, and product lifecycle dynamics; - High proficiency in data platforms, ERP, CRM, and digital commerce technologies; - Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
