Your responsibilities:
Prepare food according to the instructions of the chef de partie or executive chef
Ensure professional mise en place independently.
Responsible for optimal production processes.
Comply with hygiene and safety standards.
Responsible for the proper handling of food and work materials
Your profile:
Relevant professional experience in the hotel and catering industry
Completed vocational training as a chef is an advantage
High service and quality orientation
Excellent communication skills, confident and winning manner
Can-do attitude and hands‐on mentality
Team player
Very good knowledge of German and Italian, English language skills are an advantage
