In an effort to develop the Automotive division at ALTEN Italy, based in Torino, we seek candidates looking for a professional growth path in the commercial field.
Responsibilities
*
* Sales: create new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients; collect needs, negotiate and offer consulting services; participate in drafting commercial offers.
* Human Resources: recruit and build own team of consultants.
* Management: manage own team of consultants; financial management of own BU.
Qualifications
*
* Master's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or equivalent.
* 3 to 6 years of experience as account manager or business developer for automotive clients.
* People management experience.
* Initiative and strong communication and relational skills.
* Commercial attitude oriented to achieving objectives.
* Excellent knowledge of English (B2/C1).
