Youman, Italian Search Firm, is currently supporting DayBreakHotels, one of its most pioneering customers, in the search of a:

Hotel Partnership Sales Executive

Company Overview

DayBreakHotels is a VC-backed scale-up redefining the hospitality industry by enabling luxury hotels to monetize daytime capacity. Operating in 19 countries with over 8,000 partners—including Hilton and Accor—we are transforming hotel operations globally. We are seeking a high-energy, high-impact closer to join our Rome headquarters.

The Role: High-Impact Acquisition

This is a high-velocity sales position for a professional who thrives on outbound outreach and closing. We need a relentless business driver with the grit of a high-stakes broker—someone who possesses the persistence to navigate objections and the charisma to convince hotel directors to evolve their operational mindset. Your focus will be on key international markets: the UK, US, Italy, and Germany.

Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, emailing, cold calling, negotiating, and devising strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Aggressive Outbound: Relentlessly identify and engage new hotel partners through high-volume cold calling and emailing.
* Operational Persuasion: Pitch the DayBreakHotels value proposition to skeptical stakeholders, proving the financial and operational benefits of daytime monetization.
* Masterful Negotiation: Secure and close partnership agreements with major hotel groups, management companies, and independent boutiques.
* Target Ownership: Maintain total accountability for individual sales KPIs, driving growth across key markets.
* Strategic Expansion: Identify and finalize deals with high-impact marketing and distribution partners.

Qualifications

* Proven Sales Drive: 1–2 years of experience in high-volume outbound sales (e.g., brokerage, insurance, or tech sales). Hospitality/travel experience is advantageous.
* Unstoppable Resilience: You have the "thick skin" required for heavy cold-calling and the stamina to handle rejection without losing momentum.
* Persuasive Communication: You are a natural at building rapport with strangers and can navigate complex negotiations with confidence and emotional intelligence.
* Analytical Grit: You use market data to sharpen your pitch and optimize your sales pipeline.
* Language & Education: Fluent English is mandatory; Business/Economics related bachelor's degree preferred, additional other languages are a bonus.
