Overview
The Grid Automation Europe Channel Sales Manager will leverage expertise in sales management and leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for channel partners, driving business growth for the full Grid Automation portfolio in Europe. The role will lead and manage Channel Partners (rep’s, distributors, resellers) through clear definition of performance metrics, compensation plans, and roles and responsibilities while promoting best practices to build a strong sales pipeline. This role collaborates with sub-region sales leaders and Europe Sales Leaders to set strategies and targets and ensure effective relationships with the Channels. The role reports directly to the GA Europe Sales Leader.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage a high-performing network of channel partners – sales reps, distributors, and value-added resellers – to grow the Grid Automation portfolio
2. Ensure partners are enabled, aligned, and compliant with GE Vernova Grid Automation strategy for targeted markets
3. Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners in Europe and manage Partnership Agreements contractually
4. Define and execute sales strategies based on markets and economic environment to drive growth
