YOUR ROLE You manage Dry Etching and Wet Equipment, Process Engineering and Industrial Performance teams. The covered perimeter includes all related to: - Dry Etching and Wet process set-up, prototyping, industrialization and transfer from and to other fabs - Dry Etching and Wet maintenance and equipment engineering - Dry Etching and Wet manufacturing, industrial performance The managed services are functional to: - Tool selection, installation and qualification. - Process set-up and validation - Enhance manufacturing efficiency through tool performances and process robustness optimization driving the deployment and effective execution of all best known methodologies and practices - Support Technology R&D and Process Integration teams for the introduction of new technologies through the set-up of processes with special focus on cost, simplification, and performance - Execute plans adopting proper project monitoring methodologies such as PMO and Lean Manufacturing practices. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES - 5 years' experience in the semiconductor and/ or high-tech manufacturing industry - Knowledge or experience in semiconductor manufacturing areas - Knowledge or experience of dry etch processes and plasma processing equipment, or wet processes is a plus - Commitment to results - People/ projects management ability - Coaching ability - Foster collaboration through internal/ external organizations network - Foster the lean approach for the continuous improvement - Fast and efficient communication - Negotiation - Attitude to understand and manage the customer needsEnglish business proficiency Joining us is also about a greater work-life balance and workplace with equal opportunities.
