Page Personnel The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and current regulations
Manage and develop relationships with raw material suppliers in line with company policies
Coordinate daily kitchen operations
Monitor and optimize costs
Oversee the achievement of quality standards
Manage payroll and budget control
Manage, train, and select kitchen staff
The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in various kitchens
Strong leadership and team management skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Level 3 Food Safety Certification or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work proactively
