Unlocking the full potential of life.Job PurposeHe/She will promote the RRD products within the ONCO field (Sylvant and Enjamo) and will identify key accounts, establish partnerships with key Health Care Professionals (HCPs), hospital pharmacists, payors and any other key stakeholders.Based in the field and responsible for the following regions: Toscana, Emilia Romagna, Marche, he/she will build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and leverage customer insights to develop strategies and solutions, which will facilitate access to the RRD products in the hospitals.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure daily customer contact through one-to-one or remote digital meetings, group meetings, speaker meetings and symposiaUnderstand brand priorities and needs relative to each account as well as decision-making processUnderstand and describe the patient flow in each hospital, highlighting the key drivers and barriersDevelop and maintain account plan and make recommendations for local initiatives or strategiesProvide input on business intelligence reports with tracking and analysisComplete RRD’s administrative requirements within agreed timelinesFollow RRD’s Ethical CodeRequired EducationScientific background educationRequired Skills And Experience5 years pharmaceutical sales experienceHospital and specialist sales experience is strongly recommendedKnowledge in the rare disease Onco-Haema field as a plusSignificant experience in complex environmentRare Diseases field full understandingRequired Behaviours And CompetenciesExcellent Planning and Organisational SkillsInitiatives and self-motivation/self-starter abilitiesExcellent communication combined with good commercial acumenExcellent technical agility in remote/digital direct customer impactful interactionsStrong presentation skills and business analysis skillsTeamwork, proactive collaboration and interaction with other teams.
